“Had All Pro come out because we had some pressure issues. From the start, they were wonderful! They called and asked if it would be okay to show up early, and when they got here, they were polite, friendly, and communicative. They quickly assessed the issue, fixed one of our faucets, and provided a fantastically priced estimate for fixing the water service.

We had to have them come back out the same day because our hot water didn’t work. Again they came out quickly, fixed the issue and didn’t assess us any charges (though we were more than happy to pay).

We’ll be using them for our HVAC as well. Very pleased and highly recommend!!!“

“BER went out of their way, and bumped our school, River Of Life in Benton Harbor to the top of the list. They came out and crawled through the nasty tunnels to cap off two major leaks in the boiler system plumbing underneath the school. We didn’t know how long it would be that our school would be without heat, but thanks to them we were only without heat for one day. We thank God for the amazing staff at BER!“
