Dave showed up on time, did an excellent job, he was thorough and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dave, D & M Heating and Cooling based on the quality of work he did along with the great customer service he knocked it out of the park.

Dave's D&M Heating and Cooling is the definition of customer service. Even in the middle of a brutal cold-snap, way back in the middle of the woods, Dave made his way out to service the furnace. Exceptionally knowledgeable, tremendous attention to detail and great patience while answering all my questions. No shortcuts taken, and reviewed our entire setup, top to bottom. Dave fixed a long-standing problem that others were unable to fix. A true craftsman. When you service or a new installation, call Dave. Hard to find better service anywhere.
Dave and Sarah have been responsive when no one else has been - after making contact with them months ago, they called in the spring as they said they would, and Dave did the installation without delay. To say that is unique is a shame, but frankly, no one else responded to requests for help with the furnace. If there is anything else Dave can do for my house, he will get the job every time.
