We had a great experience from start to finish. They were the first company that was able to get in this week to repair our furnace and were transparent throughout the entire process. Jhayden was a very professional young man. He diagnosed the problems and gave multiple different tiered options to repair. We chose the option that would ensure the furnace would run well for the rest of its life. He located and picked up the needed parts and completed the repair same day. Their prices were comparable to market value. I'd recommend this company and this HVAC technician. Also shout out to the fun truck - great detailing (I'm partial to the colors they chose!) Thank you!

Dave's D&M Heating and Cooling is the definition of customer service. Even in the middle of a brutal cold-snap, way back in the middle of the woods, Dave made his way out to service the furnace. Exceptionally knowledgeable, tremendous attention to detail and great patience while answering all my questions. No shortcuts taken, and reviewed our entire setup, top to bottom. Our air-conditioning went out the hottest time of year 98°. Cold River were the second company that we had come out. the other company was a rip off. Cold river did a great job fast and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!
