“My first visit to this office. Everyone on staff were very nice. My daughter's dog has a bad habit of chewing and eating everything. After apparently eating some sticks and branches, she started passing blood. She didn't have a vet that they had used in over 1 1/2 years. This place got us in as soon as they could. It seems the dog is improving and needs to eat a bland diet for a while so her insides can completely heal. No more bleeding. Back to acting herself. Thank you Valley Animal Clinic.“

“Everyone here was wonderful; unfortunately I did end up making the decision to euthanize my mare. The team went above and beyond expectations to do everything they could to help her. I had to make this very difficult decision after a week of treatment for Colic with no signs of improvement. I was 8.5 months pregnant, so my emotions were at an all time high. Dr Callie I can't say enough great things about. She even found it in her heart to bring me closure, by doing an autopsy and letting me know my decision was what was best for my horse Misty because of all the damage already done to her organs due to severe sand impaction.

I had greatly appreciated her updating me with the daily price increase of care, and with pictures of my sweet mare. She consistently told me my options, and if I decided to proceed what the cost was increasing to.

“May dog had bloat in the middle of the night and had to be out to sleep. It was very emotional and the staff was very supportive, especially the vet. We had Bo cremated through a service they recommended and we were able to pick him up 2 days later. They also sent us a sympathy card & notified our vet that Bo had passed. It was an awful situation, but they helped us threw it. I would use their emergency services again.“
