My first visit to this office. Everyone on staff were very nice. My daughter's dog has a bad habit of chewing and eating everything. After apparently eating some sticks and branches, she started passing blood. She didn't have a vet that they had used in over 1 1/2 years. This place got us in as soon as they could. It seems the dog is improving and needs to eat a bland diet for a while so her insides can completely heal. No more bleeding. Back to acting herself. Thank you Valley Animal Clinic.

Sadly, this was my first visit to the clinic and it was to say goodbye to my sweet elderly pupper. Everyone was incredibly kind and understanding. They made the process as easy as that process could possibly be. Based on these interactions, I have no doubt they are a wonderful animal clinic.

Valley Animal Clinic did an amazing job helping our family and our beloved dog Carly. We had to put our sweet little dog down as her health severely declined and she lost quality of life. We actually went to another Vet in Bay City with her for 14 years, but they could not serve us at the end and Valley Animal Clinic stepped in at the most difficult time with the most caring staff. They compassionately cared for our sweet dog until her last moments and let us be there with her until the end. They even got her to try a little chocolate and marshmallow treat at the end.
