ZPlumberz we’re amazing! First thing I will say for any business is, if you call there should be an answer or a quick call back - ZPlumberz answered on the second ring and said they would send someone out straight away. Within 2 hours Ethan called me to tell me he was on his way. Ethan was very professional, quick at his job, and polite/friendly. He identified the problem and had it fixed within the hour. I couldn’t thank him enough! If ever I have any plumbing issues in the future, ZPlumberz would be the first business I would call!
Pricing seemed high, but the service was good and they were quick to schedule an appointment and so far the issue is resolved with a 3-6 month follow up included if the drain happens to clog again.
Z Plumberz was very professional and prompt in their assistance. Ethan in particular took great care to understand out problem and how to best solve it for us while keeping the price down. We would definitely use them again!
