My recent visit to Meijer's Optical in Auburn Hills was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL, thanks to the unparalleled service provided by WENDY and VAL. Wendy charged full price for $99 frames under insurance for loss when substituted from $197 frames and neglected to make them autogrey. Prism testing, which is free everywhere else I've been for the last 41 years due to my expense is $45 or more, non-negotiable. When initial cost didn't match the amount advertised, Michigan bounty law was ignored.

I have dealt with Wendy for the last two years, I believe since having a whole new crew there... I love her, she is very pleasant and helpful. I will not go anywhere else for my optics. Wendy is awesome!
