I have seen many chiropractors over the last 40 years on a regular basis, and all have helped keep me able to be active. Over the last 15 years I have progressively lost my ability to do raking and shoveling without ending up with low back and hip pain for days afterward. I started seeing Dr Zach and after trying numerous adjustments he was able to find the one that took care of that condition. I have been raking and shoveling with no recurrence, and it has allowed me to continue extensive yard and landscaping work at my home. Thanks to Dr Zach I have no more carpal tunnel issues and my knees and hips do not hurt even though I am increasing my distance in preparation for the Freep full marathon this fall.
