“I went to Dr. Hern over 25 years ago in high school and had an amazing experience (she was the kindest doctor I’d ever been to), and started coming back for myself about 8 years ago and then eventually for my children, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! My son has severe psoriasis and has been receiving Xtrac laser treatments and topicals which have been absolutely life changing for him. I started bringing him here after a pediatric dermatology specialist coldly disregarded my concerns about prolonged steroid use for his treatment (among other negative experiences), and by complete contrast, the doctors at Lifetime were extremely considerate about these concerns, as well as my reservations about biologics at my son’s young age (9). They were compassionate and kind and listened to every word I said, even bringing in other PAs on staff to deliberate with during his initial evaluation, and worked with me to come up with a treatment plan that continues to work wonderfully for him almost four years later.<br><br>I have also brought my other children for various minor issues over the past several years, and continue to receive treatment here myself. We have primarily been seeing Katie, who continues Dr. Hern’s legacy of exceptional and comprehensive listening to concerns and providing the utmost in compassionate, gentle, and highly skilled care—she is amazing!<br><br>I also want to acknowledge the rest of the staff at this practice (especially Andy and Lisa), because every single individual we’ve interacted with has been wonderful, which is extremely rare in my experience. There have been doctors I have loved but whom I dreaded appointments for because some (or most) staff members were so unfriendly—but that has never been the case here. ALL of the front office staff—as well as the nurses, medical assistants, and PAs—are warm, welcoming, kind, caring, and truly professional.<br><br>The entire office (front and back) is immaculately clean and I love the crisp, modern decor; the entire place is well organized, and aesthetically very pleasant and comfortable. We rarely wait more than a few minutes to be seen for any appointment, nor do I wait long once in a room, which demonstrates to me that their planning, communication, and treatment are efficiently coordinated and executed by all members of staff. I have never once felt like I’m an inconvenience to anyone here either, and I genuinely look forward to appointments and seeing so many friendly faces.<br><br>Again, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this exceptional practice and would give them ten stars if I could!“

“Great location and even greater results. I decided to undergo the neograft procedure and was somewhat nervous. The pre-op meeting I had at this location helped calm my nervous and prepare me for the procedure. As you can see, the work and results are amazing. Credit to the staff who were as pleasant and professional as can be. I returned for a PRP injection, and the experience here was just as good the second time. This has been one of my best decisions, and I am forever thankful to Dr. B and his entire staff.“

“Dr. Ramos is one of the most compassionate people I know. Her interaction between between patients & her staff is incredible. Approximately 21 years ago, she put me on accutane, used it for 6 months, had clear skin for more than 4 years. When she found out I couldn’t afford it, she even had the company give me free samples. Today I had a skin infection, again I see a immediate improvement (next day) after her diagnosis & treatment. All other Dermatologist I have seen didn’t have the same results. I believe she understands the embarrassment her patients endure with unsightly blemishes (especially on the face), and address the issue quickly, instead of many return visits to the Doctor with poor results. “I have seen a different dermatologist for about a year, she gave me different treatments none of them worked because she missed the diagnoses, she keep treating me for foot fungus even when she didn’t see any result actually my foot got worse every time she sees me,In the other hand doctor George Malik made my suffer end, after first visit my foot started to heal its still in process but there is much difference from what it was before.“

“I saw Dr. Stutz for what some women can attest is a very distressing condition, rapid, extensive hair loss. He was very understanding of my feelings. I thought it may be stress related but he determined it was a drug interaction from short term medication I was on. He assured me though the shedding would have to take its course my hair would grow back and offered supplements and meds to speed regrowth. I am already seeing results!! Dr. Stutz is the best!!!“

“Dr Clark was friendly, welcoming and very efficient. I was there for a full body check and she provided the best one I have ever experienced. Having had a malignant Melanoma removed in the 1980’s, I am not a newbie to the experience. The entire staff was welcoming and I was very comfortable as a first time patient at Pinnacle Dermatology.“

“Dr. Murakawa is an exceptional surgeon. I came to him because I had skin cancer in the middle of my face, right next to my nose and above my lip. I had nightmares thinking of how my face would look after the skin cancer was removed. The dermatologist I had been seeing just said we’ll do the surgery and then I’ll send you to a plastic surgeon. Instead Dr. Murakawa did the surgery and no plastic surgery will be necessary. If it were possible to give them a 10, I would. The entire staff from the receptionists to the nurses were exceptionally friendly. My appointments were on time. Make sure to read thru all the reviews because Dr. Murakawa gets all 5 stars. Only thing bringing down his rating are comments that are years old regarding office and billing staff.“
