This company removed a tree of my neighbor across the street on behalf of consumers enegry. During the removal they blocked my driveway and were increadibly loud while I was trying to work. They began putting parts of the tree on my lawn without my consent, and it tore up parts of my yard. Not only did they put giant logs on my yard, but they have left them there for FIVE days. My wife and I called several times to have this taken care of, but the people working in the office have no clue what is going on. They finally picked up the logs after five days, but they left holes and debris in my yard. Highly unprofessional company.

The winterization guy did a bad job last winter and caused our main pipe for sprinkler to bust. After several calls, Tom the manager finally sent a sprinkler guy to come over and fixed the broken pipe. The communication was very difficult. The manager would avoid or not reaching back to us. They also sent us the bill and told us a bunch of lies just to make sure they are not paying for the huge water bill caused by the leak. Stay away from this company!!
