I love the quality, variety, price of frames and to top it all, wonderful customers service. That is the perfect combination for a great business. I highly recommend to check this place out if you need a pair of new glasses.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Welcoming and fun environment. Took one star because I had a glitch with using my HSA that required online follow up after leaving, but overall good experience and will likely return.

This review has been long overdue, but in the last few years I’ve shopped here by myself and with family and have probably gone through about 4-5 experiences total and it’s always been super fantastic.
I’m always worried about taking up too much of staff time but they were happy to let me and my sibling try on a bunch of glasses and mull over our preferences and were super helpful and quick with the entire process!
I also bought online and the customer service was incredibly helpful and amazing as well and I’ve even taken pairs of glasses that were not from Warby Parker and they helped me adjust them.
