Ann my stylist cut a great cut. I have curly hair and she can cut, shape and fix my hair problems. She is super knowledgeable about hair styles, products and has solutions to fit my certain needs. My hair is sliver/grey, which sometimes has a bothersome yellowing. I hate that. I found it's from my water. she knew just what to use to get rid of that yellow. My hair feels and looks fantastic. She listens well to my thoughts on what I want and has mad skills!Service: Shampoo & conditioning

My stylist is the owner and she has been caring for my hair for over 30 years. This Salon is not pretentious it's not overpriced, the staff is friendly and outgoing and the stylists are very good at what they do. You can have your hair done your nails done your feet done your face done and feel like a new person when you leave.

I've had my hair cut at Van Buren's for 20+ years -- I am now 27 and live out-of-state but still come back to Ann Arbor to have my hair done here by Anne. I've had both cuts and color appointments, and many different hair styles over the years, and I always leave the salon happy. I have often come in looking for opinions on a style, and they always give great advice. I feel at home here and cannot recommend Van Buren's enough!
