Saniyyah was very informative and helpful during the house buying process. It was my first time and she responded promptly and made herself available. She wanted me to succeed in the process and find the home that I wanted. She would also check in on me periodically. She’s an expert in her field! I would have no reservations in referring her to any potential homebuyers and I would use her services again!

Jim O’Kunze and team are exceptional. They came in on short notice to provide a mortgage for me and were extremely customer oriented and goal driven. The process was made very easy by Jim and Shannon and the communication was great. We closed with no issues! Highly recommend this loan officer and agency.
