She is so kind and thorough at each appointment. She talks to you before each massage and asks questions to tailor her approach to you personally. She gave me so much consideration and time both before and during the massages. She is professional and welcoming and finds the right spots to encourage tight muscles to release. She will help make you feel comfortable bringing up even the smallest of things (if you need something changed in the environment or the table to work well for your body).

This massage was transformative. I came to Laura with a terrible headache that seemed to come from my jaw. The whole right side of my head was in pain along with my neck and shoulders. She listened carefully to what I was experiencing and shared her recommendations for how she could help, including some work on the inside of my mouth to release my jaw muscles, asking if I would be okay with that. She worked on my head and neck, finding all the tiny muscles that were holding tension. She then worked on my mouth and jaw, explaining and asking for permission before she would move on. The jaw work was the most transformative massage I have ever experienced. The headache was gone and I was able to move on with an enjoyable day! Thank you, Laura!

Hands down, best massage I've ever had. Laura takes care to really customize the massage and make sure you're comfortable the entire time. You will feel heard, supported, and safe in her presence. I went in with a lot of stress, aches, and pains after moving and walked out feeling lighter and pain free. I will be returning for sure. Rates are reasonable; you won't be pressured into signing up for any memberships and that's a big bonus for me!
