I have been receiving top notch care from Thomas O'Connor since the early days. The staff are friendly. The owner is very knowledgeable. He has built a great deal of trust over the last decade and a half by not only sharing that knowledge, but being up front and honest about what to expect.

I needed new hearing aids recently after life issues had me stop using them for 4 years. I was intrigued by the online adds and made some calls. Everything from the online adds would have me working over the phone and computer, no one on one in person. I also was unable to receive informed counsel on how my insurance would or would not cover things. I decided not to go that route and went back to O’Connor Hearing and couldn’t be happier. One on one personal time on what choice was best, I even knew what my out of pocket costs would be at the first appointment.
