MVN has been a good service to me for over a year of a weekly procedure that was required for my health. Apparently they are not geared to having patients be there long term. I kept getting different nurses each week as they tried to accommodate my schedule which was 2 or 3 on M, T or W. They finally couldn't handle that anymore and strongly recommended that I seek service elsewhere. They said they were a service that was for acute care, not chronic care. They didn't say that at any other time in their service. But maybe due to nursing shortages, things are getting tight. Who knows.‍ I do recommend them for acute care, especially if you're in the Michigan Medicine system. Having the records all in one place is very convenient and enables better care.
