Magda's Cleaning

Magdas was hired to clean a vacant condo for a move out. She charged 60% more than my normal cleaning people and did not do a thorough job. Many of the basics were missed and when I called her to ask if she would come back or if she would adjust her fee she was not pleasant and she was combative. We could really use another good cleaning service in Ann Arbor but unfortunately I cannot recommend this one

I hired Magda’s Cleaning to clean my two bedroom apartment. She made it easy to schedule, and I loved meeting Magda personally during my consultation for pricing. She explained that most companies charge a set price for X amount of hours that the cleaners will work. The problem with that which I have personally experienced in the past is that once that time hits, most cleaning companies will charge extra to continue, or will simply leave the job unfinished. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have not had a deep clean in my home for a while and was quite hesitant to reach out to companies because I had no clue whether or not they would be able to complete the job. I am a single mom and sometimes things pile up and I didn’t have much time left for cleaning. But Magda's cleaning was an absolute dream. Not only was the booking process so easy but the team did such an amazing job at cleaning my home. It feels brand new. Highly recommend!!P.S.Thank you ladies for everything you have done!
