Beautiful! Absolutely beautiful! I ALWAYS have a WONDERFUL experience here! I have my favorites (not saying who) because they are all SUPER STARS! Each staff person is nice and kind and very friendly since day one! And yes, I have needed repairs or a service I just didn’t like and the manager, Jayden took care of me properly and professionally! I feel appreciated and am grateful to have found a salon I enjoy going to! Thanks everyone at M. Vince in Ann Arbor!!!

M. Vince is the only place I will trust with my nails. I had a color I wasn’t in love with and they switched it out with no issues and very quickly. Definitely can’t go wrong with any stylist.

I've read a lot of the reviews here and think most people who had negative experiences did so because they didn't clearly make their complaints known to the manager. I've been happy with my experience at M.Vince. If ever I've had an issue, I discuss it with the manager and it's been handled respectfully and professionally. If I've had a problem with my nails, I call and come back to get it fixed without any issues. The owner is very reasonable and considerate. I would highly recommend M.Vince to all my friends. I get compliments on my nails from strangers and recommend them whenever I do.
