Dave was awesome. He was thorough, and patient enough to explain what he was doing for a new home owner like me. He able to identify and fix a issue we had with the HVAC we had during the regular service and didn't charge us anything extra
Koch & White was able to quickly respond to our need for air conditioning repair -- they ended up coming that same day. Andy was very personable and did a great job with the repair.
Very experienced and knowledgeable tech ... zeroed right in on the problem and fixed it ... AC went out on the hottest day of the year. A service call was originally scheduled 3 days out but they called latter to say they had an opening and they came out that day. :-)
