Amazing service, friendly knowledgeable staff. During the first big ice storm my power went out almost immediately and my backup generator did not come on. I contacted the company that has serviced it for several years. I was told they might be here the next day. I tried calling again two days later and their voicemail box was full. I have still never heard from them. I called another company recommended by a friend. They aid they might be here tomorrow. I finally got a call from them 3 weeks later. I heard an ad for Koch & White on W4 Country one morning. I called them and someone was here that afternoon! Amazing service! A part needed to be ordered but in less than a week it was installed. I highly recommend Koch & White. They are my new go to company for heating/cooling/generator service.

I have used Koch & White Heating & Cooling now three times. They are the best service company I’ve used since moving here in 2020, their technicians always show up on time. They also wore a mask and shoe coverings to protect out home. The people who take the calls and schedule a time for them to come out and see what problem we are having is great also. After calling other companies for other services I’ve needed, most of them don’t even show up or call you back. I highly recommend this company Koch & White for all your needed related the services they provide. Thanks again for the great service and repairs.
