Kats Pause Therapeutic Bodywork

I've been going to Kat for a number of years. She's a great LMT.

I've had back and neck issues for most of my adult life. And, as a photographer, I can be in all kinds of crazy positions to get the kinds of shots and angles I want (and doing so while carrying my cameras and lenses) which can be taxing. Kat has been helpful in getting me feeling better and ready for the next shoot, or everyday life.

I've also gone to see her for hot stone massages. Those are just plain relaxing!

I have been going to Kathryn regularly for deep tissue massages for several years now. I always seem to have something painful going on in my body! She has helped relieve issues with my shoulders, lower back, knees, feet... She seems to have a 6th sense for areas to target on a given day, sometimes finding tender areas before I'm even aware of them. Working with her allows me to do my own job (running a dog training school and training my own dogs, which is physically demanding) much more comfortably. She regularly attends training classes and workshops around the country to learn new techniques.
