Inspections were explained and all of my questions were addressed….was surprised how knowledgeable he was on how the equipment operates along with the test result's he produced. He did a great job and hope he gets assigned to our home in the future. Started using Jet Stream in 2008 and will continue with their being our service provider….point to consider. In the past, the Name of the service personnel always appeared on the service and billing documents, notice that no name's are currently shown.

They do quality work efficiently, they are true gentleman with a kind heart and most of all with manners. If a problem arrives they are right there to help correct the problem in person and via a phone call. I couldn't ask for a better company. A satisfied customer 100%. Angie and my son Jacob Phillips

I can't say enough great things about Jet Stream Mechanical. We had a big steam pipe burst at night, and they had someone out by 10am the next day. The pipe was totally replaced within 2 hours. Jennifer, who answers the phones, was super helpful and responsive. Jessie, who did the repair, knew exactly what he was doing, and took care of the emergency, all while cracking jokes. Very happy and grateful for this service!
