The environment in the Yoga Studio was very welcoming and relaxing. Ita as the Yoga instructor was amazing. The class was challenging but not over the top for this class. It was a great experience. 2??UP!
I thought that the class was well timed and followed etiquette. The teacher was very knowledgeable. I liked that there was a beginner level, and that it included a warm-up and cool down. The room was clean, peaceful and warm.
I am in LOVE with Ita Yoga studio. It is more than a place to workout. This is my happy place. I can't emphasize enough the peace and joy being part of this community gives me. Every instructor is approachable, engaged, kind and authentic and members are friendly and respectful as well. Always a safe, warm and inviting space to treat myself to self care.
