Many thanks to Imperial Building. We are very happy with our new roof. It looks sharp and we have addressed issues that would have caused problems down the road. Repairs of existing plywood and installing new ventilation has really helped with the room temperature on the second and third floor. Communication with Mikhail was prompt and clear. Eric managed a great crew! The clean up was very impressive. This is our third roof on three houses and this was the best job yet!

Mikhail was upfront with the estimate and easy to work with. His crew did an excellent job putting James Hardie siding on my cottage. They started and finished on time. Overall I’m very pleased with the work.
