I have had long term left hip and pelvis pain and have had various treatments over the years. Nothing seemed to give long term relief. I decided to try Radial Pressure Wave Therapy and had a healthy dose of skepticism. After 3 treatments I am very happy! Highly recommend Lisa for miofascial release. I came to her with a chronic muscular imbalance in my neck and left shoulder from getting electrocuted. Amazing! Even after just a few sessions, there are definite results, results also verified by my pilates trainer. Seriously, if you are considering this - and I HIGHLY recommend that you do - go to Lisa at Healing in Motion. You won't regret it. She's a great person too! (Also, you need to know that you don't have to have a big problem to benefit from this. Mine are all minor but "fixing" them will have an effect as I age; I am certain of that. My gait has become better. That's pretty important in the long term.)
