Steve has been my advisor and has been very responsive. I would love if they'd reach out even more, especially during these times. I understand, however, they're handling A LOT on their end too.That said, I don't mind reaching out myself as of lately but it does take diligence if you're someone wants to keep closer tabs on what's going on.They've been very willing to explain things to me in simple terms, which I love, and are rooting for me and my investments. No problems and no judgement. Lynn was professional and concise and delivered a quick turnaround time. Tax time is usually stressful for us and this year it went like clockwork. I organized my papers, dropped them off and Lynn had a few questions and then we were done. Perfect. We were happy with our experience and plan on using Four Financial Tax Services again.
