Dr Holmes is amazing!! I was 100% skeptical of chiropractic care and went out of sheer desperation. I’d had a raging migraine for 35 days when I had my first appt with Dr. Holmes. My pain reduced in half by the next day and after staying consistent for 3 weeks the pain was gone entirely. My ongoing neck and shoulder stiffness and pain is resolving as well. I’m convinced!
first appointment was today and everyone was so incredibly amazing. i've been to multiple chiropractors before and i felt more safe and just comfortable here than any other one i've been to. all of the staff that i interacted with were beyond amazing and i cannot wait to keep coming back!
First Choice is a friendly, professional office that has helped me a lot. All the docs are great, and I’m especially appreciating Dr. Holmes today. She is very thorough and so nice!
