This place saved my cats life and I am forever grateful. I had a great experience, even though, like most, it was an emotional visit.The facility was clean and comfortable. Every staff member was knowlegable and meticulous. They called/texted with updates daily while my cat stayed for surgery. Thank you to the EVH of Ann Arbor staff from Augustus!!
I can’t thank the staff here for their amazing care of my sweet girl. She was bitten at doggy day care and they took great care of her as we walked in. They took her straight back to take a look at her marks. They communicated effectively and every step of the process. Our sweet Angel is back home resting and on the road to recovery. Thank you so much for the care and compassion for taking care of our sweet Angel.
I took my rabbit to the emergency vet at 10 pm last night because she hadn’t been eating. They explained everything fully, didn’t mind when I asked the same question a couple times because I was exhausted, scared, and crying. I could tell they genuinely cared about my rabbit and wanted her to get better. They also were very thorough when I picked her up about what medications I need to give her and when.I like that you can text the number questions. This is the first pet emergency I’ve ever had to deal with and my rabbit’s first GI stasis scare so I’ve been using that service a lot.Overall, my experience here was great.
