What can I say about COVAL? First and foremost, Mike is a phenomenal coach and he was the right decision for online coaching. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical of working with a trainer online, would I see results, would it be worth the expense? After the consultation, I knew this was the right move. Mike reviewed my diet, my exercise routine, the equipment I had available, goals and fit a plan to meet my needs.The biggest challenge I have working out is getting bored with my workouts. Mike does a great job of keeping it real and also keeping things organized. His low pressure yet accountable style is exactly what I needed to put some ownership on my health while still getting professional expert guidance. COVAL fitness allowed me to do things on my timetable with my busy "new-parent schedule" and his instruction and guidance is detailed without being overwhelming. If you are on the fence, try it! You aren't paying for just a program, you are paying for a kickstart in the right direction, I highly recommend and will continue to recommend Mike and his philosophies, keep up the great work brother
I have really enjoyed my Coval gym experience over the last six months. I've done personal training at Vie, AFS, Sparrow Gym and have liked the experience at Coval the best! The attention to my personal goals and fitness issues in a small group setting has been really effective - less pain, greater strength and also increased skills which I use when working out away from the gym. The staff is terrific and so are the other members. The periodic challenges are also fun and effective to participate in as they incorporate all the aspects of your life to meet your goals, not just working out.
