The actual vision exams themselves are fine, but the system they that they use for the trial contact lenses work is pretty horrible.
It's also really hard to set up an appointment? If you call them to set up an appointment, they'll force you to fill out a form on a website instead. That form promises that they'll reach out to you within one business day, but in the past 3 years I have only actually had them reach out to me once. The other 2 times I had to go to a different optometrist in the city because the promised phone call to set things running never came.

So I actually really liked the doctor here but the optical department itself is horrible. I got frames that fell apart at the joint and bought a replacement then the SAME thing happened to those only a couple months after I got them. When I called to see what could be done they blamed me and said that they can't replace them. I'm lucky I had contacts because I'm pretty much blind with out glasses.
Got new glasses two weeks ago at Costco. Spent $260 on them. Tried wearing them for about two weeks and they were super uncomfortable, they were killing the bridge of my nose. I went back 4 different times to have them adjusted and even after all that I could only wear them for about 4 hours without them feeling super heavy on my face. I think the reason for this is because the ones I got were quite a bit larger than what I am used to. I kept having to go back to my old prescription glasses that I have had for two years. I went to Costco today to see if I could return them because they were so uncomfortable. After I explained that I had them adjusted 4 different times and that they were still hurting the bridge of my nose, she said no problem and that I could exchange them for a different pair. I decided on a pair that is smaller like I am used to wearing. Thinking these will be much better. I will know when the new ones come in in two weeks. I must say the customer service was fabulous today! They were super nice and happy to help. An added bonus is that the new ones I picked out were $40 less than the ones I originally bought, so I got $40 cash back. Can’t wait to get the new ones!
