I am a real estate agent and had a carpet emergency right before a showing appointment. I could not get anyone to come out until I called Ann Arbor Rug and Carpet. They said they would send someone right over. When I called my clients to let them know that I found someone to take care of the stain, my clients said the cleaners had just pulled up!! That is beyond incredible. When I mentioned this to another real estate agent, they weren't surprised. These guys are on the ball.
A faucet leak soaked a quarter of my finished basement. I called Ann Arbor Rug & Carpet, and they quickly pulled up the affected carpet and removed the part of the padding that was soaked. After 2 days of drying, they added fresh padding and put the carpet back and cleaned it. Price was reasonable.
