The staff here are so kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. They helped me care for my sick, traumatized 20-yr old cat and helped me decide when to say goodbye, and I've taken my next two cats here, too. They're very responsive to emails and texts and I don't usually have to wait on hold when I call. They're worth the drive even after moving to Ypsi.

Our dog suddenly started suffering seizures. We didn't know what to do, so we tried to find a pet hospital with availability. Fortunately, Ann Arbor Animal Hospital was able to see him on short notice. During the visit, they explained the different options available and we decided to try medication. Unfortunately, our dog took a turn for the worse that same day, and we had to quickly return to the hospital - they were flexible and took us right in. Nearly 2 weeks ago, we had to say goodbye to our beloved 18 year old kitty, Ruby. Dr. Barnhart and the clinic staff made the process bearable and supported her and us during this difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts.
