The class is 24 classroom hours, 6 drives, and 4 observations in six weeks. In our first week, there was only 1 time we saw there were available schedules for the driving lesson and so we grabbed it. On the scheduled lesson of 2:45-4:45 pm, my son knocked on the locked glass door to get the attention of the classroom instructor. He was told to wait for the driving instructor. After 20 min, no instructor yet. Good thing I didn't just drop off my son and drove away. The classroom instructor was very snippy, but I was insistent on asking him to call someone to check if the driving instructor is coming. My instructor quit mid class which messed up the entire rest of the class- all of the drives were delayed. It was a mess. One instructor in particular had absolutely no regard for the rules. Drives that were supposed to be an hour long lasted only 20 minutes, and she did not take students on the route they are supposed to so they never learned things they were supposed to. Would not recommend.
The building is not inhabited. The test site was poorly marked. My child was 15 minutes late due to lack of signage. The instructor could not wait to leave and didn't do the test. We tried to reschedule and they charged 50.00 (refunded 50 out of 100 ) This place is a rip off. I am filing a complaint with the state. Find any other place then this. They are a scam.
