This independently owned yoga studio is true Nirvana. Ana, the founder, is an exceptional teacher. The studio is calm and welcoming. The classes are well balanced and easy to modify for your level of experience. I am always recommending this studio to friends. It is one of the more affordable studios I have found in Ann Arbor. One of the gentlest and kindest yet most challenging strength workouts I’ve done. And I mean this yoga space in particular. Healing energy. Highly knowledgeable teachers and owner with Ana Hough, Juliana, and team. Welcoming space. Very chill atmosphere. Levels range from expert to beginner all in the same class. I look forward to going and my weeks always go better when I do.
