Our family cottage was built in the 1950’s and over the winter the pipes burst. I called Joe and he willingly took on this very difficult task. The crawl space was very swallow filled with ductwork, pipes and tree stumps. He discovered that the cabin had 3 different kinds of pipes. Joe was great at communicating with me about any “discoveries “ that were found. His pricing was reasonable, the service was top notch, and completed before expected. Called and left a message about my central AC unit. Joe called back within an hour and said he was on his way. They fixed the issue on my lunch hour. Great quick and efficient service. Will definitely call again for any HVAC needs!Services: A/C system maintenance

Joe was amazing to work with! He took the time to explain what was wrong with my thermostat wiring/boiler system as opposed to what other companies assumed was a zone valve issue. He listened to the issues I was experiencing (it must have been torture for him because I don’t know any technical terms…everything was “this thingy and that thingy”). He was patient with me while explaining and educated me on what thingy was what. He also cleaned up my very antiquated boiler system and fixed the issues that were causing it to run inefficiently as opposed to jumping to the conclusion (that I had) of installing a whole new system. He fixed a leaky pipe in the heat system...read full review
