I wanted a 2nd opinion because I was new to wearing glasses and was concerned about my previous eye exam at another eye care and prescription I was given. I called Thunder Bay Eye Care and I just have to say, Dr. Miller and the staff there were so helpful and incredibly nice. Dr. Miller listened to my concerns, gave me another eye exam, fixed my prescription and after leaving there, I would recommend her to anyone. I can't remember his name but when it came time to looking at the glasses I had just got and brought with me, he did what he could and thankfully I was able to use my frames and just get new lenses. I'll tell you guys this is an awesome place they go above and beyond. Anthony I just want to say thank you personally so much I was stranded three and a half hours from home with my son and no glasses to be found and my vision that makes me half blind. Anthony went above and beyond he answered my call quickly. He called me back and even left a message. And assured me a copy of my prescription would soon be with me. Which was done very quickly!! I was able to SEE when driving home...and I am sure my son appreciates that ?

Dr. Luongo and all of his staff are top notch professionals. Answered all my questions and were very helpful in making the decisions on the best way for me to go. Best optometry experience in my 79 years.
