Our first time at Tails End. what a great experience! they were very polite and handled our Golden Doodle Remi like she was their own. They turned her into a girly girl dog with bows and all, but she looks great. Thanks ladies, we will see you soon!! Remi says "Thank you"
I had a great experience with this business. I am pretty anxious and paranoid about leaving my boys with someone new but Shirley was incredibly kind and patient with me. I planned to go back but circumstances had me referred out. Where I was BLOWN AWAY was today when Shirley went above and beyond to book me another grooming appointment with a different business and checked up on me and my boys because she knew how anxious I was. I have never experienced that level of customer service before. I definitely recommend this great business! She’ll take good care of your babies 💛
