I paid for a perm there April 29th it lasted 2 weeks. I went on vacation having to curl my hair every time I washed it. I went in to show them it didn't take. The girl at the desk told me it would be a few minutes. I waited 15 the girl who did the perm would not even look at me. After showing my strait hair to the owner O left. I got a perm from my regular place. She said I should get my money back as there was no perm in my hair. I went back to rebel roots. The owner told me they do not give refunds. So beware no refunds and no do overs. And no apologies.
I will never go there again. I went to them when they were the figure head. They were better then. Not now.... read full review

When I got my hair dyed at Rebel Roots it only costed me $100.00 which sounded like a pretty easy amount of money to me and that's the only time I'll get to dye my hair ever again

Shauna (Owner) - is truly an incredibly person! Maddie (My Stylist) - is truly a goddess with hair! Not only has she helped me grow back the integrity of my hair, but my hair confidence back and that is just not something I thought I would ever get back. I don't even have to decide what I want done with my hair, I sit in the chair and she works her magic and I am in love with it every single time. She always works me into her schedule whether it is for my kids or myself, she goes above and beyond for us and has the BIGGEST HEART! I appreciate her more then she will ever know!
