Foreman Jim was great, however the owner was rather rude and extremely hands off on my bathroom remodel. Owner Matt attempted to dismiss and belittle my 2 concerns prior to me giving him the remainder of the payment as well as tried to charge me more than the agreed price. He kept stating that the project took "his guys" 6 days, but perhaps if he helped, it would have went quicker. I shared my overall concerns of his business practices with the owner, who again dismissed them.Later Foreman Jim came back and fixed my concerns with a smile. Thanks Jim for being kind to the customer when the owner clearly only sees dollar signs!
Do not have these guys do any kind of wood construction. They buy poor lumber and have worse skills then first year high school wood shop students. Would not come rectify their errors.
