“The office was very clean and well-lit. The equipment was very modern and used well. The most important part, I think, is the staff. As a first-year college student, I’m learning how to do things like make and go to an appointment alone for the first time. The staff at the GVSU health campus was so helpful and kind. My appointment was set for 11, but I was able to be seen about 15 minutes before since I got there at 10:30. N.P. Keener was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend low-cost resources for my cold. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re living on campus (or nearby) and would like fast, kind, effective service.“
