When I called I talked Kyle and he was pretty knowledgeable about what I needed and upon going to my city to get permit I found he was correct on everything he mentioned. His quote was lower than the other 2 quotes I received also being the first I received. I was impatient waiting for crew to come out and when I called Kyle he gave me a possible date and said it might happen on or around this date and after the weather cleared his crew was there on-time and got the job done well and I am happy with the work they did and found they cleaned up and fix any lawn area in the vicinity of my slab, they also trucked in fresh dirt to level area around slab

The guys at seasonal property maintenance did an Amazing job very knowledgeable and very cautious with the tree removal i needed since they where so close to the house. and very fair priced I will be highly recommending them to friends and family in the future alot of other companies tag on extra expenses or say (umm we don't do that ) not them they where a one stop shop with no b.s.

I attached a before and after. They did an incredible job cleaning up my backyard and installing new sod. They transformed the backyard into something I can actually live in! The team was awesome and the price was so reasonable!
