“This was my first visit after 13 years at another salon. I am extremely anxious and don’t do well with change. Jax was the absolute best. She made me feel comfortable - was extremely nice and patient with me, despite anxiety setting in at the end because I am unrealistically type A and she remained extremely kind and patient. I am not the easiest person in the chair and don’t mean to be but I have to say I love my hair. She listened and gave me what I asked for.
