I have used their service for a few years but in the last two years I found they made mistakes etc. This year (2022 taxes) they forgot to encrypt my document and emailed them to me. Their head office (in Plymouth) has a useless HR and IT person that cannot provide a response on why it was done. The service has become really bad and will likely cause you to lose your identity. Stay away from this place. I will file a complainant with the State or just sue them! BE CAREFUL OF THIS SERVICE!!!

2019 was my first tax season with ATS and it will certainly not be the last. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, I am so glad I made the switch to ATS. Aleesa Gibson is such a great member of the ATS team, her wonderfully kind personality made the transition easy and seamless.
