They were on time and got right in there and got things done. The electrician/ service tech Ryan was very plight and know what he was doing. Great to see young people with that kind of attitude.
Been very happy with service. When notice my Generac Generator didn't start on last Saturday and had a red light indicating Maintenace Called Monday to have service on Wednesday. On Tuesday , loss power and they tried to get someone to our house that day. They were planning on visiting late afternoon Tuesday but power returned so they went back to the scheduled time so they could service people still out of power. They fixed our generator Wednesday as originally planned. Very conscious.
Had a semi-truck rip our power line and bent our mast on our house. Power company wouldn't rehook our power to our house till fixed. With in 25 minutes Mr. Electric was there and looked over the job. Returned with in a hour and stayed till our job was fixed. Called power company and had power with In a hour. Thank you so much!
