She is very good at her job. Very helpful. She takes her time to inform you how to use the app with your hearing aides. She also makes sure you can implement what she just taught you.

Professional and positive always. Calling customer support while in the office to ensure all questions were addressed. Never a feeling of being rushed or not valued as a customer. ?????
