Purchased a home in April and, during a routine inspection by a competitor, they recommended I needed a repair that would cost $700+. I let it go for a few months, and then noticed White’s number scribed on the inside of the unit. I called Gary, he came out promptly with the parts needed for the repair (which he quoted me less than half the cost of the competitor), and when he arrived he assured me that in no way did I need that repair, but that my furnace was in GREAT shape. He also ran me through my furnace maintenance and took an hour to educate me on how to keep an eye on my unit. I trust Gary, and now am happy to say I have found my HVAC guys in the area! Been loyal to this company for a long time and have never had a problem. Recently needed some repairs on a unit and they got back to me right away, brought the correct parts and got the job done in no time.
