I felt so cared for and relief with Fairbairns prompt response and attention following my call and email to the service department about our furnace not working. Joe came and provided the service needed, including explaining the problem clearly, traveling to get the part needed to fix it and installing the new part.
This was all done efficiently and in a timely manner so that we had heat by noon.
From initial contact and scheduling through out the service and completion, I am grateful.
We had a plumbing backup and it could’ve been disastrous. I contacted Fairbairn in a panic and they had a service person at our property within 30 minutes.!!!! I highly recommend this business. A few years back, they installed an entire heating and cooling system in our place and did an awesome job. Very competent professionals.
We had water issues over the Labor Day holiday, Joe from Fairbairn spent 30 minutes on the phone with me trying to diagnose. when this didn't work he came to our house in 25 minutes and fixed the problem. Terrific service.
