I felt so cared for and relief with Fairbairns prompt response and attention following my call and email to the service department about our furnace not working. Joe came and provided the service needed, including explaining the problem clearly, traveling to get the part needed to fix it and installing the new part.
This was all done efficiently and in a timely manner so that we had heat by noon.
From initial contact and scheduling through out the service and completion, I am grateful.
