There is not enough stars to give to this company in my opinion. This is a long post , but worth reading . This morning I called their office at 8:00 when they opened up and spoke to Lisa and Katie (I had to call 2 different times ) They were both so friendly and in my opinion they went above and beyond. My son had no heat which we found out last night when he tried to turn on his furnace . Lisa told me that she can have someone come over in the next 15 minutes. To say I was happy was an understatement, especially as a mother knowing your child is cold at night sleeping. I , however was at my Moms( house sitting for her while she is away for a month on vacation )which is crazy because her furnace wasn’t working and the company she told me to call couldn’t come out until Friday (I called them yesterday which was Tuesday )I told Lisa that I am leaving right now and I will meet Paul (the technician )at my sons house. I told both Lisa, Katie and Paul about my mom’s furnace and the time frame the other company gave me. After Paul fixed my son’s furnace he told me that he can come look at my mom’s furnace right now if I wanted. I couldn’t believe it, how nice was that? He followed me to my mom’s. When he opened up the furnace he told me immediately what was wrong and had it fixed and gave me the invoice within 10 minutes. This company is the real deal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
