Elderly mother with dementia was prescribed a hospital bed by doctor Chams her doctor. A certificate of medical necessity was needed for insurance billing. Chams office and the pharmacy took over 3 months to get the documentation. From week two I was calling Chams office. At month two I went to the office and was assured they’d send the documents. At approximately 10 weeks I conferenced called both the pharmacy and the doctors offices and the assured each other the documents would be faxed. I told them to do their jobs.
